Con's Combadge Mishap

and I got into a conversation about her Voyager (Star Trek) OC Con... apparently this cute little dino-alien has eaten several unusual objects, including cookbooks belonging to her guardian, Neelix (whom I only know from my own Star Trek cookbook, since I've never wathed VOY myself ), some old socks, some holodeck components, and (what led to this picture) some of her crewmates' combadges (the combination Starfleet insignia pins and communicators apparently used in all the Star Trek shows from TNG on). After hearing about that, well, this scene came into my head almost immediately and was so cute and funny I couldn't resist, and Vulcan said she'd be happy for me to draw it, soooo... here it is.
